Chris Noles and Alan Casey started working together with desktop computers in high school during the early 1990’s.  Both native to Atlanta, they continued to study technology and pursue careers with other IT services companies as computer and server support engineers.   Chris and Alan became very well known among many small business owners in Atlanta, and by the turn of the decade they had each independently opened their own successful IT consulting companies with excellent client retention.  In 2002, Chris and Alan jointly incorporated to form Casey & Noles Consulting to provide IT solutions and ongoing support for small to medium sized businesses in the Atlanta area.

What makes Casey & Noles Consulting different from other IT service companies and other independent IT professionals?

You have the benefit of working with a small team of professionals who you will know by name, who are very responsive and who you can trust without the hassle of service contracts. Many larger IT service companies try to sell small businesses “computer insurance policies.” They grow their businesses by adding new “accounts” and by hiring more engineers.  We have found that most small business owners prefer to work with a small group of engineers whom they can count on to support their network.  Many independent computer consultants have the computer skills that a small business needs, but because they are independent they do not always have the resources to respond to a network emergency in a reasonable amount of time.

Diverse, but comprehensive technical skills and people skills.   All of our engineers have computer desktop and server knowledge, but each of us also focuses in different specialized areas of technology, such as PDA support, VPN solutions, etc.  We also work with you to be sure that you understand the technology that we recommend and how it works..
